I feel this app would be good for first time credit card users and new business owners

I feel this app would be good for someone who is not aware of their credit score and would like to build their credit and has goals in mind to purchase a new car, new home, or starting a new business. There is an easy online credit dispute section to address concerns on your credit report. The only minor issue I have is that not all banks in particular if you have a prepaid/online bank it will not be an option to link your account. I would definitely utilize this with a new bank account if I was starting a new business and wanted to maximize my credit power and track my expenses to grow my business credit.

I feel this app would be good for someone who is not aware of their credit score and would like to build their credit and has goals in mind to purchase a new car, new home, or starting a new business. There is an easy online credit dispute section to address concerns on your credit report. Clean interface. This is a tool about starting a goal. It takes your goal and helps you put together a plan to achieve it. It starts by asking for your goal. I chose “own a car.” It took me to a “let’s get started” page. I would prefer a more realistic or at least colorful image. When I select “get started” it jumps into an almost chatbot like prompt. It starts with asking credit score. One feature I thought was neat is it allows you to check your score in-app. It’s also free. The tool is protected through encryption, credit will not be impacted, and your data will never be sold. The visual is perfect. After entering SSN and two factor authentication, it provided my credit score in a clean, clear way. This feature is free but it provides additional features in the upgraded profile—rent reporting, AI financial assistant, disputes. After exiting the credit preview it takes you to the home page. The home page is a bit underwhelming. Full reports and analytics are available in-app. Other cool features—monitor bills, subscription tracking, dispute inaccuracies, bill tracking, and credit card option. They should flesh out the features with actionable centers that teach smart saving strategies, how to improve credit, providing a diary or action plan. This feels half-complete. It needs more color, more dynamic images, more branding, and real images. The tool itself is great just needs more advanced features and visuals.

Update: one day randomly I was charged a year later after writing this review. Once I contacted customer support they said “We do not show an active account with that number!” I said funny because you definitely charged me. I hope they go bankrupt and we can class action lawsuit them until the go so far under that person has to be homeless like i was trying to climb up. Don’t need some rich California guy taking my $20. He doesn’t need itDo yourself a favor and take all the money that you would spend on this service and just pay down your debt. I signed up for the service about a year ago. And canceled a month afterwards. Only need to have them continuously bill me throughout the year after requesting a cancellation of my membership several times throughout 2024. If you run into the same problem, call your financial institution. Tell them to block all the charges coming from Tomo boost and then go ahead and change banks because they will continue to use bad business practices to get your money. In fact I just got billed this morning at 4 AM. What financial institution is open at 4 AM that repairs your credit?

User Friendly Credit App

As I have given the time to get to know Tomo Credit as an app, I have taken quite a liking to it. I am a first time user and was initially intimated by the idea of associating an app with building my credit. However, I found Tomo Credit to be user friendly, visually appealing, and overall a great asset in my credit journey. I’d encourage others including friends and family to give it a enthusiastic try! Prior to using Tomo I didn’t even check my FICO score regularly, in fear that my credit score would diminish. I had to check my statements on a reoccurring basis with anxiety that my score would fluctuate. However now I am able to link all of my info to one platform and go about my finances with ease.
