The device is great! Love the way it makes a large family stay connected ok what all is going on! My problem is the app is slow! Adding photos from the app is a hassle too! To add a caption I have just been given up because the page jumps around and you can’t see what you’re typing. About issues is you can only add 9 photos at a time but the other night it wouldn’t even let me confirm the photos I selected to be added, so i was already aggravated trying to put captions on the photos and wasted all kind of time then it wouldn’t even load themNew comment. Being we are such a large family and we caregiver for our grand parents my calendar stays full with multiple appointments in one day it would help me out gratefully more colors to choose from plus the colors that we are able to choose from our so close in the same color category, it makes it hard when you have to separate people with close colors with appointments in one day I would like to be able to look at my calendar and really tail between the two different purples and the pink red orange etc. Would be nice if we can choose from a spectrum of colors.

I had a very hard time following the provided (outdated) instructions, so I emailed for support. I had to send them 2 emails, first one went without being answered. Eventually I was provided a mp4 video. Again it was outdated. My partner and I are in the IT career field, so we were able to figure it out, but we still struggled. Took us about 30 min, we are capable following instructions and figure some things out; others might not be so lucky. The video provided was super fast, allowing zero time between steps; I had to pause and rewind several times. Please update instructions & videos.

My wife purchased the skylight tablet for our kitchen. We are hoping to make the kids more responsible and reward them for doing chores above & beyond. This app is compatible with the device but the rewards system is awful. At first I couldn’t figure it out but this works in reverse. I have to give a bunch of stars to my kids and then when they do a chore and redeem it, it subtract it from the star count- what??? I should be able to give me kids stars for tasks, this method makes no sense and we gave up on it after a few weeks. In addition when completing a task it adds it right back on. Yes we want it on but for the next day, once you redeem a chore it should not repopulate until next day. Very messy, support seems lacking. Also, the app stopped syncing with my personal calendar, the only way it adds events now is if I delete the calendar and manually add it back.

I can’t be too picky as I returned another brand because I didn’t think I should be charged for features that should be intertwined aka chores and rewards. So far so good. I took off a star because there is so minor things that I think could improve. The rewards tab has an animation when you redeem your rewards…perfect! But why not have a similar animation for when task are complete? The rewards tab also gives you access to emojis but why not the tasks tab? For kids that are young or can’t read the emojis would be beneficial. Not sure how hard it is to update the tasks tab with those suggestion but if you can I believe this would by far supersede five stars! Please consider an update :)
