Redesigned program builder A new two-column workspace: the exercise library on the left, your program on the right in a wider panel. Modalities (sets, reps, rest, duration, weight, tempo, frequency, RPE) are now edited directly on each exercise card. On mobile, the interface is cleaner and steps out of the way while you type. Similar exercises From an open exercise, browse alternatives that share its goals and body parts, preview them without leaving the page, and swap the exercise while keeping the prescription you already entered. Favorites Rename or delete your playlists straight from the "Favorites" filter in the Exercises tab. Health education Share a health education page with a patient in a single tap.
