This release allows educators to view learning standards within a Time of Day and to start an assessment from directly within a Time of Day. Enjoy secure, streamlined access with Kiddie Academy Single Sign-On (SSO), along with a new Expanded Roster view featuring larger child photos for quicker identification. Enhanced sorting options—including Homeroom, Location, Last Name, First Name, and Age—help users find children faster, especially during busy drop-off and pick-up times. Attendance flows are now more efficient with fewer taps and clearer language. You can also record Toilet and Diaper checks together in a single Daily Report entry. Plus, important bug fixes improve messaging, documentation, media sharing, and overall app reliability.

Teachers and administrators using the Academy Link Educator app can now easily identify important child profile information with a new red Child Alert icon, conduct Health Screenings directly within the app when enabled for their site, use the new “Move” attendance action to transition to the site without clocking out, and benefit from key UX enhancements and bug fixes that improve messaging, attendance tracking, documentation, and overall app performance.

This release includes a fix to ensure child alerts are highlighted on the Care Routine Dashboard, along with an enhancement to the All Site View roster that shows a child’s or staff member’s current location.
