been using WAVS to learn about cycle syncing. Ngl its honestly the best one ive come across. Its important to me my info doesnt get sold. Love how it doesn’t sell you the whole “you need to have periods on certain days otherwise you need to get it checked out” mentality. Us girls already have enough to worry about. Less anxiety and more understand is much appreciated. Im a visual learner so the graphs really help. I can see how each of the hormones dominate during each phase and what symptoms are related to each. Very insightful. Btw the whole app just looks very clean and put together. Excited to see where this app can take me.

This app was so easy to download and jump into using. It asks you information that can tailor the reports and data to YOU specifically. It helps you to learn about your body, your menstrual cycles, what phases your body is going through and provides knowledge about the steps! I know for me this is so important for planning trips and daily tasks! It also can help you to avoid pregnancy or try for a pregnancy! The price point is amazing for a year membership to track your body and learn it. Absolutely worth using!

I don’t like my period data being sold. Period. So far, WAVS has been amazing for it and I feel safe. I can rely on it as a personal period tracker. It’s an eye opening experience to learn about cycle syncing coming from where being put on birth control is the norm. I really like how this app is built from the ground up to tailor to each individual. Not some average median population. App’s insights on diet for each phase are really nice complements to managing symptoms naturally. Wish I had found this sooner!

Definitely. Birth control has always been to go-to “solution” to for period irregularities. We believe there is a uniqueness to your period and embrace it fully. The 28 day model isn’t built for anyone really. Aggregate data doesn’t speak to individuals.
