My friend recommended this app for ordering framed posters at an affordable price. After seeing the framed poster they received from this app, quality & the price they paid, I’m sold! They even offer a free poster a month if you’re not looking for a framed option. I already use their free print service, so I’m excited to have the option to display my favorite captured moments on posters for an affordable price. Thanks, FreePrints!!

Ordered from this app before and the app needs a huge update. I have a ton of pictures on my cloud 82,000 and whenever I want to select pictures it takes a very long time to load. The software is slow to the point I have just cancelled the print job. Recently, I placed an order for a poster I made for my older parents. I paid for a hanging frame and some adhesive “command hooks” so i could hang the poster for my parents. The hook does not work for the style poster frame, it will hang the poster BUT will show the mounting hook on the wall. These are made for hanging picture frames that have their cord secured from the middle of the picture frame. Their poster frames have their cord secured at the top, i made the string super short and it still revealed the cord.Lastly, make sure you check the pictures before you send them. in one picture shot of my parents my father has head cut off. I reached out to customer service snd they claim they print as they receive and I could have sworn that picture was good when sent. Overall I think I will be looking into shutterfly or looking for something else. The adhesive strip was only $5.00, but I had to use an anchor and screw to hang the poster.

I would never order from here I supposed to receive my package July 15 UPS still don't have it. They just created a label and I've been like that for a week. I contact customer service. They told me my package will be here tomorrow. UPS has it is moving through the network.😂😂 all lies I told who I was talking to to stop lying. They don't even have the package that's when I got the. Oh I know this could be frustrating message if it's not there Sunday you can get a refund that's too late. My boyfriend birthday was on the 18th it was a gift special. His mom passed away. He was a army veteran when he was 14. So as a sub gift, I got him and his two sons along with his mother. Carval floating frame, which ran me $92. I'm very upset disappointed that I even trust this company never again
