Look at the brand-new dashboard! It looks so nice, you can call it the dashing dashboard. We also made some performance improvement to create a better experience for you. MyTelkomsel App 5.1 is even cooler and easier to use now.
We also want to bring you more fun and we found more ways to make you smile. Check the new promo cards out! Now you can stream video and listen to our music selection. If you feel bored with that, gain high score on MyTelkomsel games. Because all we want for Christmas is your smile!

Pretty good for checking account status
I have used the app for several years. Overall It seems to function pretty well, particularly for checking the money and quota balances. Usually I buy my packages through the app. My biggest issue: When buying a package it is difficult to determine what you are getting. Unfortunately I read very little Bahasa and all the package descriptions and Ts and Cs are in Bahasa. I don’t understand the different internet quotas. What is difference between Internet, HOOQ, CloudMax, and MAXstream?
Finally, BEWARE. It will let you buy the same package TWICE, which means you just have double the quota. This happened to me when I failed to receive a message the purchase went through (I think I actually received an error) but I tried again and BOTH packages were concurrently added to my account, e.g. with the SAME end date. and payments deducted.
Doesn’t work with iPhone6+
This latest update doesn’t function with the most recent iOS version. App repeatedly says that the login doesn’t function and to ‘try again after some time.’
Not user friendly with multiple accounts
This app used to work well with multiple accounts, now it requires you to click a link on an sms before allowing you to switch between your own accounts. This is not very user friendly if you happen to have multiple accounts on different phones. If I want to manage the phone account on phone #1, I now need to forward the login sms link sent to phone #1 to phone #2, for then to click the link. Please make a better solution for those of us that have two or more phones and would like to manage all phone accounts in just one app without having to forward login sms.
