Modified the brightness and night mode functionality to be more integrated. Night mode can now be adjusted from 5% to 80% opaque. Modified all sleep sounds to be seamless loops. Fixed a problem with the sleep timer running into an alarm.

The app has been updated to use your devices regional settings for 24 hour clock and metric/US preferences. The preferences have been removed from the app and the app now respects your devices settings for those things. This also fixed a bug with the alarm system.

Nightstand Plus has been completely re-written in native Apple code allowing more of the features requested.
