- Calls that didn't go ahead can come back as returned credits. They sit on top of your monthly calls and don't expire.

Email Notifications: Mentees will receive an email when a mentor sends them an invitation message. Automated Reminders: Mentees who haven't responded within 24 hours will receive a reminder email. Unread Message Counter: A new unread message badge on the navigation bar helps users quickly identify pending messages and stay on top of their conversations.

Academy membership is the only plan you can buy. Ages 18–24 pay £1 for the first month, then £9.99 a month. Ages 25–30 pay £1, then £19.99. Both include 3 mentor calls a month. Subscribe first, then apply a discount code for 50% off the next 6 months. The first month stays £1. Complimentary mentor calls are no longer available. Existing Mentor Access plans continue until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
