Now your jogging will definitely not be boring! Here you train your Shadows and compete with them. The task is to not let yesterday's you overtake today's you. A Shadow is a recording of your movement during a run. Exactly as you ran. It will follow you exactly as you ran during the training from which the Shadow was created. 1. Perform a workout with the app and record it 2. In the Shadows section, create your first shadow using the training result 3. Everything is ready! You can perform the following workouts with this Shadow, create new Shadows and compete with them. You can give each shadow a name and choose its character. Catching up The Shadow will encourage you with its voice depending on the selected character. The app will signal when the Shadow approaches you at a close distance with sounds of varying volume (the closer, the louder) and types: 20-30 meters - single signals, 10-20 meters - double signals, 0-10 meters - triple signals. If the shadow overtakes you, it wins and the training ends. In other cases, you win. You can set the end of the training according to a specified time, a specified distance, or end it manually at any time. The progress of the training is also displayed on the locked screen of the phone as a widget, so that you can see all the necessary information without stopping while running.
