New improved status viewing. New ability to configure and allow sales experts to change the unit price on certain items.

Fixed a debouncing issue where stale data was being saved. Sales experts are shown only relevant metrics about a deal.

Sales Experts can view and see all deals in their country. Improved notification messages on rejection.

Added new countries (Switzerland & United States) and their respective currencies (CHF and USD) to the products and their deals . Added push notifications when deals are submitted or rejected. Multi-level rejection to ensure only the people who need notified are notified.

Multi-level deal approval: * Added VP and CCO roles; * Sales experts and managers can submit a deal for approval; * Managers, VPs and CCOs can approve a deal; * When approved, the deal becomes available to the next level of approval (manager -> VP -> CCO); * When rejected (with optional rejection comments), the deal can be reworked and submitted for approval again; * When approved by a CCO (the final level of approval) the deal enters the "Approved" state and cannot be actioned further. Dashboard filtering: * All roles now have three views on the system: Everything, Pending Deals and Approved Deals. * "Everything" shows all deals; * "Pending Deals" shows all deals that need your attention; * "Approved Deals" shows all deals that have been approved at your level (e.g. a manager will see deals that are approved at manager level but not those approved at VP/CCO level).

Deal status functionality: * New deals are automatically assigned the "open" status; * When a deal is ready for approval it can be set to the "submitted" status; * Deals are submitted by pressing the "Submit For Approval" button on the Deal Summary page or via the menu option on the dashboard; * Open deals are marked with a red indicator on the dashboard while submitted deals are marked with a green indicator; * Administrator users have a new checkbox on the dashboard ("Submitted Deals Only") which filters the list to submitted deals. Bugfixes: * Creating a deal with 0 years contract length breaks the dashboard for all users with visibility of the deal. -> Minimum contract length is now 1 year.
