I purchased a lifetime subscription on multiple occasions and I was STILL not granted access. I emailed “QUITTR TEAM” requesting access, so I can actually use the app to help me quit this habit. Emailing back and forth requesting refunds for OVER A MONTH! (I have receipts and emails to prove it.) I keep getting messages in return that read, “your issue has been sent to senior support.” But without avail. I even purchased a monthly subscription to keep my app open so I can use it. They instructed me to not make anymore purchases and they will refund me…haven’t received a penny!If you have success with this app, more power to you. Me, I will not be recommending this app any time soon or ever again. Hopefully I can at least get my money back.

I had seen many ads for this app and wanted to check it out. I found it extremely odd that the ads were of influencers who gave great messages about getting out of sin and lust, just to get people to download this app and…pay a subscription. I couldn’t help but feel that it was a way to take advantage and make money off of those struggling with addiction. But I paid the $50 for the lifetime subscription (which was labeled as a limited time deal and said the regular price for this was $450), and tried checking out the app and its features for no longer than two minutes before I was kicked back to the welcome screen and couldn’t get back in without paying for the subscription AGAIN. I tried reloading the app, looking for a way to skip the page, but nothing worked. Whether this was a glitch or a way for them to try and make more money, I feel like charging our brothers and sisters in Christ for help that should be freely given by God’s people is exactly the kind of thing that got people’s tables flipped in the table by Jesus Himself.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! Decided to check the app out. Downloaded it. Somehow I accidentally bought a lifetime subscription. OK my mistake. I dealt with Apple to get a refund. Apple would not refund for the lifetime subscription. Couple of months go by. Thought you know what. There’s probably some benefits to this app other than the idea of overcoming porn — might as well use it re-downloaded it. Yeah, will not link back up to my lifetime subscription. I’ve tried and tried and tried. Literally want me to subscribe now for by per month basis. I already paid for a lifetime subscription that I could not get refunded. Do not download this app. Also no avenues for customer support!!!Update. Just took a glance at other recent reviews. Looks like a lot of people are having the same problems. Hope this entity gets sued if they are truly and intentionally ripping people off. Because they sure don’t offer a refund. Then take away your subscription? Crazy.

EDIT: I was able to reach out to the support team on their Telegram channel. They are nice and are working on fixing my account and refunding the money I lost. Will post an updated review if it all goes well and will add more stars.First off, not everything about this app is negative. Honestly, the app seems to work good and I like the fact that there is a community aspect for accountability and such. Unfortunately, there have been a couple bugs where every time that the app would update, it would log me out so when I logged back in to check my progress, I would have to sign in again, and my current subscription would have lapsed. It would then prompt me to pay for a new subscription where I would then click “Restore Purchase”.Unfortunately, it looks like every time that would happen, I would be billed for an entirely new subscription. First, it was some yearly subscriptions, but then I was billed for two different lifetime subscriptions! Seriously? That’s over $150 for one app when I should have a lifetime subscription where I should never have to pay for it again. I have reached out to the support team twice now and I’ve not heard anything back.Hopefully, I can come back and change my review to four or five stars if the support team will get back to me and will do right by me by at least partially refunding so much of the money I have invested in this app. Otherwise, if I don’t hear anything back, I would encourage everyone to stay away from this app. There are other programs out there that are not as expensive with a more active and more easily reachable support team.The fact that there is not a phone number to reach out to someone with this app is a pretty big red flag.
