Fixed a few issues where the winner of a game wasn't correctly calculated in the Advanced Counter. Added the ability to easily save an individual player. Greatly improved performance on lower-end devices when there were many players or rounds.

Sheet games from previous versions have been migrated to the new Advanced Counter. You can now find them in your game history. Fixed minor issues when creating new groups and players.
