Hiking is here. - Record a hike from the new Hike tab. Time, distance and climb keep counting with the screen off, and they show on your Lock Screen. - Recording survives the phone closing the app, pauses itself when you stop, and gives you true numbers at the finish. - Find trails on the map, see each route drawn in, and pick round trip or one way. - Finish a hike and it becomes its own page with a story and a reel. Hike it again in one tap. Trips - A new trip page brings your photos, places and story onto one screen. - Make a trip from dates. Pick the days and Aermes gathers the photos, and you can leave out any trip it found. - Trips now stretch over days where your photos had no location. - From photos shows every trip in place, and you can send us a diagnostics report if one looks wrong. - Share a link from another app to Aermes to save its places to a trip or collection. - Plan with Places & Days, an itinerary builder for where you'll go each day. Under the hood - Large photo uploads are steadier. Photos stay on your phone until our server confirms it has them. - A clearer photo permission message that says exactly what is uploaded and who can see it. - Many fixes and speedups.

- Trips from your photos: the Photos tab reads your library and groups it into trips, with a globe to browse them. It keeps working in the background, and you can follow progress on the Lock Screen. - You're in control: tidying runs when you tap Tidy all or open a trip, not every time you open the app. - iCloud photos are included. They download on Wi-Fi, or on cellular if you turn that on in Settings. - Review a trip place by place, one day at a time, with a map, before you make it a journey. - New Places & Days builder: plan by place and by day, add stays and tags, and leave notes for each person. Notes can be dictated. - Moments: like counts on the viewer, long-press any photo to see it large, and links from notifications always have a way back. - Faster trip list, clearer progress, and many fixes.
