ChefHelper was born inside a real restaurant, not in an office. Every feature solves a concrete problem of service: knowing what's on today, how much is in stock, who does what, and having the HACCP records in order when they are needed. It starts empty: the only data is what you and your team enter.
WHAT YOU DO EVERY DAY
Today's menu always at hand, with photos of the dishes. Build cycle menus, add extra items when needed, update them in a moment and send them by email already laid out, automatically too.
Stock always up to date. Quantities, minimum levels and automatic reminders when a product is running out. With the scanner you read the QR code of your labels or the barcode on the pack and update stock in seconds.
Recipes at your fingertips, with ingredients, method, quantities and cooking sheets for times and temperatures.
Tasks assigned by role. Everyone sees what they have to do, and completion updates immediately on every device.
Staff and attendance. Records, customisable job titles, permissions and daily attendance, without loose sheets. For those who only unload goods there is a simplified access with the scanner alone.

Beyond the core features, ChefHelper has modules you switch on individually. You pay for what you use, not for a bundle imposed on you.
HACCP: fridge and cold-room temperatures with reminders, fryer swabs and oil changes, incoming delivery notes marked compliant or non-compliant with photo and note, staff sheets, supplier sheet, maintenance and sanitisers. PDF reports ready for inspection.
Forecasts and History: how many portions to prepare for each dish, calculated on the real history of what went out. Less waste, less overproduction.
Orders and Suppliers: price lists, price comparison between suppliers, order and delivery days, automatic order sending by email and purchase history to see how costs move.
Days off and Entitlements: staff days-off calendar and entitlement calculation.
Label printing: Bluetooth printing on professional label printers, with QR code and barcode.
Target bonus calculation: for each supplier you set the year end, spend thresholds and percentages, with multiple tiers; the app works out from the delivery notes the bonus earned, how much is missing to the next threshold and the history by year. Compatible with any target-bonus agreement.
THE WHOLE TEAM, EVERY DEVICE
What you write on an iPad is seen immediately by the others, on iPhone and in the browser. Those who don't use the app can sign in on the website with their own credentials and see menus, tasks and stock.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
The subscription is activated by the administrator and covers the whole team, on every device.
Basic: €29.99 per month or €299.99 per year. Includes all the core features described above.
Complete: €39.99 per month or €399.99 per year. Includes the Basic plan plus the HACCP, Forecasts and History, Orders and Suppliers, Days off and Entitlements, Label printing modules.

The Target bonus calculation module always remains a separate purchase, even with the Complete plan.
14-day free trial on the plan. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; you can manage or cancel it from your App Store account settings.
