Visiting RHS Garden Bridgewater? Grab a bike from a MOSA dock with just your phone, ride at your own pace and dock it when you're done.
From the train to the gardens. Free.
MOSA is the easy, car-free way to travel between Walkden station and RHS Bridgewater. During the trial, every ride is completely free. No hidden charges, no subscription. Just you, a bike, and a lovely ride to the gardens.
How it works
You'll find MOSA docking stations at both ends of the route: one at Walkden station and one at RHS Bridgewater. Each bike sits securely locked in its dock until you're ready to ride.
Open the app at the dock, choose your bike, and tap to unlock. The dock releases the bike automatically and you're off. When you arrive, simply push the bike back into a free dock at the other end. The dock locks it in place and the app confirms your ride has ended. Nothing to chain up, no awkward parking, no wondering if you left it somewhere you shouldn't.
Heading back? The return trip works exactly the same way, and it's free too.
Be part of something new
This is a pilot route, and your rides and feedback will directly shape what MOSA becomes. Bikes are available at these two docks only, so you'll always know exactly where to pick up and drop off.
Download the app, sign up in under a minute, and take your first free ride.
