It’s very good compared the previous app. It definitely is but it needs more UI design work. All the content that matters to the user regarding their accounts and cards should be front and center without much scrolling and for more details a click away. Also Bonus program should be built inside the app and doesn’t force the user to open a browser. Check Banque Misr app. They get it right

The new app is way more better than the last one. Thank you for this much needed step. We still need you to please allow us to log in using FaceID or fingerprint and to not force us to change our passwords every six months !!

I can’t log in anymore to the app if if I press log in it keep loading and nothing happens after that I tried reset the password, it keep loading and then return to the same screen page without doing anything I tried to log in from other devices the same thing happening again again when you try to reset the password it asks for ur card information and to enter new password after entering new password it just loads and nothing happens this been happening for 2 days after the recent update please fix it!

I am happy with the new app in comparison with the old one. I was almost thinking of changing banks because of the old app limitations. It seems like the app existed for a while but we were not informed that a new apps existed. Normally it is an update but this was not the case.
