SCORE 4 Brain Health is a concussion management tool for caregivers, athletes, and educators, developed by Children’s National Hospital's SCORE program. Facilitates early concussion detection, tracks recovery, and aids safe academic and athletic reintegration. SCORE 4 Brain Health offers three important elements of concussion recognition and response: 1. Incidents: Initial recognition of a suspected concussion with guidance regarding the next important steps to take to receive appropriate care, 2. Track: If a concussion has been suspected and/or diagnosed, tracking the symptoms over time to assist in the recovery management of the injury, and 3. Learn: Access to a library of information to educate the user about concussion and ways to assist the recovery process. The app can be used for persons of any age from infant/preschoool to adult. Note: This app is not meant to provide a medical diagnosis nor to replace seeking help from a trained medical professional.
