Supervisor Appointment: Added a search bar to easily find and select teachers assigned to a supervisor while booking appointments. Teacher Appointment Slot capacity in the grid is now configurable through ERP parameter settings. Teacher & Supervisor Appointment Users can now create appointment slots for non-academic staff in both Teacher Appointment and Supervisor Appointment modules. Communication Fixed an issue where errors occurred while loading messages in the Sent Messages section.

UI enhancements applied across all screens for a better user experience. Appointment: Users can now create up to 36 slots of 5 minutes each across 11 subjects. UI Fixes: Improved and fixed color consistency for the Request and Approved tabs.

Leave balances are now fetched based on the current HR year on both the dashboard and the application form. In the My Requests section, leave requests from past, present, and advance years are now visible. A Notify Employee functionality has been added to inform employees about leave updates, including notifications to substitute employees. An Upload Document option is now available during leave application submission.

Employee Leave Approval: Design Updates The approval screen UI has been enhanced for a better user experience. Approvers can now review and approve leave requests for past, present, and advance years. Communication A new application has been introduced for teachers to communicate with parents, similar to the ERP system. Subject Attendance UI enhancements have been implemented to improve the subject attendance interface. Appointment Booking: Enhancements Slot Capacity Configuration Teachers can now define the maximum number of parents allowed per appointment slot during slot creation. Auto-Hide Full Slots Appointment slots will automatically be hidden from the parent view once the maximum booking capacity is reached, preventing overbooking. Dynamic Visited/Not-Visited Status The status of each appointment (Visited / Not Visited) is dynamically updated based on the parent’s actual attendance. Visual Differentiation in Approved Tab The Approved section now includes distinct visual indicators (such as colors, badges, or icons) to clearly distinguish between Visited and Not Visited parents. package updated for react all screens

Student Pickup & Drop-off Added a camera flip button to allow switching between front and back cameras during QR code scanning. Teacher Appointment Booking Introduced “Assign to Parent” functionality, where appointment slots can be automatically assigned to specific parents. Updated Auto-Approve functionality: Parents are now required to fill and submit the form, after which the appointment will appear as approved. Teachers can create a normal (open) slot and later assign it to specific parents based on parent requests.

Booking appointment and asset verification application enhancements

Top-up and fee payment–related issues have been resolved, improving overall payment reliability.

Student Selection: Teachers and supervisors can select the student as a subject or class teacher for whom the appointment slot is being created.

Asset Master: UI fully revamped with asset scanning, location-wise tracking, and an analytics screen showing inspector-scanned asset overview. Booking Appointment: UI issues in the booking form resolved for improved usability.

OTA Enancement

Booking/Appointment: Slot Creation Enhancement: Teachers can now create appointment slots for their own class or for other classes where they serve as subject teachers. The created slot list now clearly indicates whether the slot belongs to a class teacher or subject teacher, along with the associated class and subject details.

Item Request: A new Item Request application has been introduced, allowing teachers to conveniently request items directly from the store. This feature enables teachers to add multiple items within a single request and specify the expected date when the items are required. The update simplifies the process of managing school inventory requests, ensuring smoother coordination between teachers and the store

OTA Update Vistor parking: new screen implemented

Student Pickup/Drop-off: A new application has been introduced that allows parents to manage the pickup and drop-off of their children. The process is securely recorded using a QR scanner for accurate tracking and transparency.
