The Float Nurse app is designed for registered nurses (RNs) who are experienced in providing home infusion therapy.
Note: To use the app, you must be onboarded with Float Health. Profile information and location preferences can be managed on Floathealth.com. Charting is completed at Floathealth.com, accessible through the app.
Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) support has been added to meet federal regulations for home visits under Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
