Purchased this for my 12-year-old. Because he has an AppleWatch but no iPhone (his watch is on a family share thru my iPhone) it cannot download to his watch. The app requires the user to have BOTH a watch and an iPhone. Completely useless for a kid with a watch on a family plan. The website quotes are all about kids using it, but I have found it impossible to install on my child’s AppleWatch. I’ve sent emails to troubleshoot and left a voicemail but no one responds. Misleading and terrible customer service.
Developer Response Hi @Liz - the newer version of the EpiWatch app (EpiWatch Seizure Monitor) does allow the utilization of the standalone child phone functionality. Please download the newer app version to use this! For questions, reach out to us at troubleshooting@epiwatch.com.The EpiWatch team
