I was deceived by this ad, believing it to be an INVESTMENT app—it is not. It’s a simulator and teaching app that tells you very basic details about how the stock market works and how to invest. After being suckered into another $40 for the lifetime AI assistant, again, believing it to be an investment app, I quickly realized with the first use, it was not what I wanted or needed. I contacted customer service immediately, cancelled the subscription and made a point by point case for getting a refund since I had JUST paid and was not satisfied with the service. They refused to refund my money. Think about that! Imagine purchasing a product, barely using it and realizing it would not work for you, taking it back to the store—with your receipt—and then telling you, tough! Too bad. It’s our money now. Use our product or don’t, we don’t care.” If I could give this customer service negative 5 stars, I would. Be warned before you give them any of the money you earned. You can flush it down the toilet and get the same result.
