It reset everything after update.

I just came back on the game my progress I played so long for was reset and everything was completely gone and back to square 1. Let alone certain things in the game would reset for no reason everytime I got on the game like the lumber workers and bus upgrades and warehouse upgrades would reset.

Fixed som balancing issues, fixed rewarded offer for investor capping issue, added localization for German and French language. Improved onboarding flow, improved game balancing. Fixed broken missions.
