Keeps charging you after you cancel

DO NOT download this app. I signed up for the 3 day free trial, tried the app, it was terrible so I canceled it within an hour of subscribing. I confirmed that I canceled it and wouldn’t be charged the weekly fee, yet here I am today staring at a weekly charge to my Apple ID with no way to dispute it. The app itself is just plain terrible. No matter how I took a picture of a room, it would show me a rendering of a completely different room with doors and windows where there were none. And it only gives you one picture per style you choose. If you try to recreate another picture in the same style, it just throws back the same image as previous. This app purported to be able to show you how a current room looks with different styles, yet it only shows completely different rooms all together. If I wanted an app that told me to break down walls and install giant windows where there were none, I guess this app would be the one lol.

This is the most pointless app I’ve ever downloaded. It’s supposed to be an interior design app, but it generates photos that significantly change the building structure of the rooms you’re uploading pictures for. For example, adding floor to ceiling walls in a room that doesn’t have windows. That’s construction/remodeling, not interior design. The choices for styles are extremely limited. Even when I chose “rustic” I received a design that was clearly modern. I never leave bad reviews, but I can’t believe I just paid $9 for an app that an entry level IT professional could build for fun from home.

I WANT A REFUND!!!!FIRST APP EVER THAT APPLE SAYS REFUND IS NOT ELIGIBLE THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOUThis app does the bait and switch if you try to do the 3 day free trial it will not really activate and charges you for the the subscription I don’t even write reviews but I had to warn everybody (in response to the developer reply)-I did not uninstall and expect it to remove the subscription I’m not a idiot I just downloaded it and after opening it it asked if I wanted a 3 day trial I said yes and did the Face ID and by time I noticed it was charging me up front without the trial my Face ID had already gone through so don’t try and play me
