Sve o vašoj zgradi na jednom mestu: obaveštenja upravnika, ankete i glasanje, prijava kvarova i troškovi zgrade. Everything about your building in one place: Mobi Zgrada je aplikacija za stanare koja sve važno o vašoj zgradi drži na jednom mestu: obaveštenja upravnika, ankete, prijave kvarova i troškove zgrade. PRIJAVITE PROBLEM ZA PAR SEKUNDI Nešto ne radi u zgradi? Opišite problem i pošaljite prijavu direktno upravniku. Uz obaveštenja možete otvoriti i priložene PDF dokumente. TROŠKOVI ZGRADE NA DLANU Pratite stanje računa zgrade, mesečne izvode, uplate i isplate. Transparentno i pregledno. VAŠ PROFIL Vaš stan, kontakti upravnika zgrade i hitne intervencije, sve na jednom mestu. Pozovite upravnika jednim dodirom. VI BIRATE OBAVEŠTENJA Uključite ili isključite obaveštenja o novim objavama i anketama, i izaberite srpski ili engleski jezik. Mobi Zgrada čini život u zgradi jednostavnijim, za stanare i za upravnike. Mobi Zgrada is the app for residents that keeps everything about your building in one place: announcements from your building manager, polls, problem reports and building finances. REPORT A PROBLEM IN SECONDS Something broken in the building? Describe the problem and send it straight to your building manager. Track the status of your reports and see what other residents have reported, so the same issue isn't reported twice. VOTE ON SHARED DECISIONS Take part in polls about everything that affects your building, from the facade colour to video surveillance. See all options at a glance, along with attached PDF offers, and confirm before your vote is sent so you never vote by mistake. ANNOUNCEMENTS ON TIME Works, repairs, meetings and important decisions arrive right on your phone. Open attached PDF documents directly from the announcement. BUILDING FINANCES AT YOUR FINGERTIPS Follow the building's account balance, monthly statements, payments in and out. Clear and transparent. YOUR PROFILE Your apartment, your building manager's contacts and emergency numbers, all in one place. Call your manager with a single tap. YOU CHOOSE THE NOTIFICATIONS Turn notifications about new posts and polls on or off, and switch between Serbian and English. Mobi Zgrada makes life in your building simpler, for residents and building managers alike.
