The 7 Minute Guitar Workout
Music
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
You've heard of the 7 minute workout but have you heard of the 7 minute
guitar workout. Applying the same principles as in the 7 minute workout
to the guitar...... make sense on many levels.
The app will help you improve your technique and increase your skill
level when you practice using the 7 specific exercises every day. Each
exercise helps you to develop more refined and precise playing, focusing
on synchronizing the left and right hands, string skipping, and
improving your accuracy on the guitar.
The exercises are designed for all levels of ability whether you are a
beginner or an advanced player. You can play all exercises in our
suggested sequence or, if you want, since each exercise is independent
of the others, you can choose the order of the exercises and practice in
a way that suits you best.
...or something like this:
Repeat the routine each day and check your progress based on a score you
give to each of your workouts. A numerical score is helpful to track
your progress over time and to learn which exercises might be the most
challenging to complete. In addition to a quantitative score, the app
will allow you to expand on the score and record your more specific
comments about each exercise, each practice session.
Whether you use a pick or your fingers, classical, rock or jazz
techniques, the 7 minute guitar workout will increase dexterity while
giving you a fluid routine.
Minor improvements and updated age rating information.
