Swipe over a name, number or address and Redacter covers it letter by letter. Redact, blur or pixelate private text before you share a screenshot. Redacter hides private text in screenshots and photos. Swipe over a name, number or address and it is covered letter by letter, with no wobbly hand-drawn boxes. Text is detected right on your iPhone, so Redacter knows where every letter sits. Pick a tool, swipe, save. TOOLS • Redact: black out text with clean bars in any color • Highlight: mark the part that matters • Underline: draw attention to a line • Strike: cross out text • Blur (Pro): soften text until it can't be read • Blend (Pro): fill text with the background color so it disappears • Pixelate (Pro): cover text with a pixel pattern MADE FOR EVERYDAY SCREENSHOTS • Chats that show an address or phone number • Bank transfers, receipts and order emails • Tickets, shipping labels and notes you want to share PRECISE CONTROL • Pinch to zoom in on small text • Eraser to remove a single mark • Undo, redo and clear all • Save the edited image to Photos REDACTER PRO Redacter is free to download. The free version includes Redact, Highlight, Underline and Strike, and may show an ad when you save an image. Redacter Pro unlocks Blur, Blend and Pixelate and removes ads. Redacter Pro is available as a weekly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. No Good!

When you try to zoom in and out, as soon as you touch the document, it redacts whatever you touch! You can’t rotate the document (at least with the standard version).

Developer Response
Thanks for your feedback! This issue has been fixed in the latest version. You can now freely zoom without any unwanted redactions. Please update the app and give it another try!
