The app makes practicing fun for the kids, and the box and one system really helped them gain more control of the ball and confidence on the court! My son went from being afraid of the ball to scoring the most points in his games, after just a few weeks of these workouts. The interactive character (BO) keeps them laughing and trying to level up. The important thing is repetition and consistency, It only takes 15 minutes a day, but we saw a real difference when he stuck with it for like 2 weeks straight (the streaks help with that too!). Overall recommend if you have kids between like 7 and 12 wanting to improve their game, no matter what level they start at. Excited to see what the advanced levels look like!
