Lifeboat sends them a gentle text reminder. You can change it or turn it off whenever you want. Getting started is simpler now, too. We’ve added a little more guidance for the moments when you’re not sure what kind of support you need, what to ask for, or what to say. Maybe you want to reconnect with someone. Maybe you need a ride, a meal, or a hand around the house. Maybe there’s an update to share and you can’t quite find the words.
