The upgrade screen got a full redesign too. SMOOTHER AND MORE HONEST Chat replies stream and scroll more smoothly. Empty screens now tell you what belongs there, warning badges only appear when something actually needs attention, and icons, spacing, and a few clipped lists got cleaned up.

EVERYTHING ABOUT AN EVENT IN ONE PLACE Open any scheduled event to see its dispatch status and submit returns (with squawks) for dispatcher review. Past events are now easier to reach. TWO WAYS TO DEBRIEF Text debrief now has its own button and its own screen, separate from voice. Use whichever suits the moment, both build the same log. FASTER AND STEADIER Loading feels cleaner across the app, instructor sheets stay open instead of slipping away on a stray swipe, and you can swipe through the onboarding tour. We also widened some buttons, tidied spacing, refreshed a couple of icons, and fixed a handful of smaller things.

CERTIFICATES IS NOW COMPLIANCE Certificates has grown into Compliance. Keep your certificate numbers on file, record your ratings, and attach or swap out documents in a tap. Your existing records move over automatically the first time you open the app. QUICKER LOGGING FOR INSTRUCTORS Log a single lesson from a quick-entry sheet without the full setup. And when no logs exist yet, a Debrief button is right there to get you started. A SIMPLER WAY TO GET AROUND The Log and Student menus are gone. Tap straight into Logs, Insights, Progress, Checks, and Endorsements from the bottom of the screen. GUIDED TOURS, TAB BY TAB The first time you open a new tab, a short walkthrough shows you around. Follow along or skip it, your call. And Help & Tutorials in the side drawer now opens the FlightSense Academy right inside the app. SMOOTHER, START TO FINISH Every tab now loads faster and supports pull-to-refresh to stay current. We also fixed a pile of small things, including empty-screen flicker on first load, date display drift, and cramped buttons here and there.

An unread dot on the menu button shows when something new is waiting. YOUR PROFILE, EXPANDED Add your FAA Tracking Number (FTN), plus an emergency contact name and phone number. Instructors at your school can see this information on your profile (read-only). SCHEDULE PREVIEW (BETA) A new Schedule view in the drawer shows your upcoming training events grouped by day, with cancellations, aircraft tail numbers, and proper time-zone handling. Only available to members of organizations with beta access.

Chat with Amelia is faster and smarter. Upgraded to the latest AI models for quicker, more accurate responses. You can now copy any response to your clipboard with a tap. Type your debrief instead of recording it. Create flight logs from typed notes for when you'd rather write than talk. Voice debriefs still work exactly as before. Instructors can now search students by name or email. Log details got a refresh with cleaner, easier to scan summary cards. App version number now visible in settings.

Aircraft can now be linked to logs. Associate, change, or remove aircraft directly from a student's log. Log details got a facelift too, with new summary cards showing instructor, aircraft, timestamp, and debrief info up front. Copying a debrief now includes the full picture. Certificates and Courses now live in the main drawer so you can get to them without digging through menus. Certificates support swipe to edit or delete. Instructors get a reordered menu that matches the way they actually work. Dark mode fixes, faster paywall loading, and smoother transitions throughout.

Lesson grading is here. Instructors can now score lesson content, track completion status, and see target grades — all with ownership protection so only the instructor who entered data can modify it.
