I use GIFit constantly, and it’s easily the best tool for turning any video into a GIF. It makes cutting down videos for social media incredibly easy. What really sets it apart is the ability to adjust the size, speed, and quality before you save, complete with a file size preview. Since different platforms have strict limits (like 10MB on some or 100MB on others), being able to quickly tweak the parameters to hit a target size is a lifesaver. On top of all that, it processes everything locally without needing an internet connection, and there are absolutely NO ADS. Highly recommended!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this app definitely deserves one. I had downloaded it before and couldn’t find it again at first — had to dig through the App Store to track it down. But I’m so glad I did. It does exactly what it promises: converts videos to GIFs quickly, with no ads, no watermarks, and no upsells. It’s rare to find an app that just works without trying to squeeze something out of you. Huge thanks to the developer — this deserves way more recognition.

Used to rely on my Apple Shortcuts app to convert photos/videos to gifs but very update seemed to make it short out. Very frustrating. Finally an app (free no less! though I would pay for it now having used it for awhile) that circumvents that tiresome, monotonous method. Never going back. Love this app.

Simple app to turn my videos to gifs. I like the option to change the quality & image size. Other apps add all those extra unnecessary features then want you to pay. Thanks for keeping it simple 😌
