Kookah Book 2.1.1 fixes a few things from 2.1. • Starting notes play the moment you tap them. Long-press the note to pick a different one on the piano. • Notes written as flats (like B-flat) now play. • Restoring a backup from an older version no longer clears languages, categories or linked hymns. • Backups now include your settings, so a restore brings back your bars, theme and other choices. • Frees up space left by audio and images that were replaced.

Kookah Book 2.1 is a big update. • Redesigned song page: the sheet music fits your screen, one button switches between the page and the lyrics, and tapping the page gives you full screen. • Make the bars your own: choose what sits in the top and bottom bars – starting note, audio player, Go to number, share, Favorites, add to list, copy lyrics and more. Swipe up on the bottom bar for every action. • Download songbooks right in the app, including Open Domain Hymns (over 5,000 public-domain hymns with sheet music) and Children's Hymns. Downloads resume if your connection drops. • Categories, and the same hymn in other languages linked with a one-tap language switch. • Lists: setlists and Favorites, and add any song from the song page. • Activity: see what you sang day by day and your most-sung songs. • Starting notes: double-tap the note (or use the menu) to pick one on a piano, play it, then set it. • A built-in grand piano sound for MIDI and starting notes. • Faster search with book and category filters. • Many fixes, including editing songs on iPhone.

• Modern UI Overhaul: Refined padding, improved typography, updated themes, and polished layouts for a more modern and cohesive experience • Database Architecture: Split DatabaseHelper into specialized repositories (SongRepository, BookRepository, SongLogRepository, AnalyticsRepository) for better performance and maintainability • Enhanced Search & Autocomplete: Added support for comma-separated names in Composer and Writer fields with improved individual name matching and suggestions • iOS Improvements: Better share sheet support with proper sharePositionOrigin handling and fixed SnackBar floating behavior crash • Localization Updates: Added localized strings to settings, backup, about, and community screens; cleaned up 54 unused ARB entries for smaller file sizes; fixed Row overflow issues with long text (especially Russian) • Performance Optimizations: Parallelized settings loading, removed redundant caching and data refreshes, fixed log page queries, and improved image preloading with native Flutter methods • Bug Fixes: Fixed database queue processing, cache trimming memory issues, analytics queries, and song detail screen button consistency • Security & Code Cleanup: Enhanced file manager path validation, updated to Material 3 ColorScheme, and removed unused fields/imports across screens
