SUBSCRIPTION AND RENEWAL INFORMATION:
If you choose to purchase an Assindo subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple account, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Sorry about the surprise charge. Subscriptions bought on iPhone are managed by Apple: you can cancel any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Assindo, and Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you need help, message us from the app and we'll help you right away.

Pricing is all over the place. Some places say 60 mins of calls on essential plans but in app you make 15 mins (of useless calls) and it says you need to upgrade. App sucks, doesnt scroll properly and is made poorly. Outbound calling sometimes doesnt work and if it does all it can do is follow a script - it cant chat with you in concurrent and get input etc. Pointless

Thanks for the honest feedback - you're right that our pricing was confusing, with different minutes shown in different places. We've replaced it with one clear plan, the same in the app and on our site, at a launch price. If you'd like to give Assindo another try or need help with a charge, write to us from the app (Settings > Chat with the founder) and we'll sort it out personally.
