I’ve been using FFT and follow Coach Collin for quite a while now, and it’s easily been one of the most helpful tools in keeping me consistent with my training! What I appreciate most is how simple it makes showing up. I don’t have to guess what to do when I walk into the gym. I open the app, follow the plan, and get to work. Over time, that consistency has led to real progress in my strength, energy, and overall discipline. Recently I just did one of the 6 week training cycles, and it was great!! I’m excited for the next one but what’s really made the difference for me is how sustainable this has been long term. Hello!I’m relatively new to your program. I’m a former college athlete who’s been chasing that deep burn and “good tired” feeling from a great workout, but most other programs either aggravated old injuries or just didn’t deliver.Before starting with you, my back was in rough shape. I never felt confident enough to really put in the work to get fit, and any time I tried, it would flare up. I’m now about three weeks into your program, hitting goals and feeling great. I honestly don’t know what’s been better the workouts themselves or the mobility work you’ve built in.I can crouch, stoop, sprint again, and still come back the next day…and the next. It feels like magic. My chiropractor is definitely missing my business.I’m not sure if this is the right place to say all this, but I hope you see it and know how much it means in just three weeks, your program has given me back my mobility and my confidence in how I move.

The FLO Functional Training programs are by far the best collection of programs I’ve applied to my fitness journey with noticeable results. The combination of resistance, plyometrics, and mobility exercises had me feeling the strongest and most athletic I’ve felt, ever. Coach Colin takes the overthinking away and I’ve also avoided over training. The exercises can be done at home (investing in the right equipment) or at the gym. I’ve been doing the FFT for two years now and don’t see myself doing anything else. Highly recommended for all levels of fitness.
