We have removed the "charging mode" option (battery care/energy optimiser settings). Feedback was that users didn't really understand it. The app will now automatically decide on a charging mode based on the new minimum charge target setting. New settings to specify the minimum charge target and average daily usage manually. This reduces the amount of assumptions we have to make about your setup, and subsequently allows greater compatibility with a wider range of electricity tariffs and situations. Tracking this information directly from Growatt data was grossly misleading for users whose Growatt inverter could see the load from an EV charger, for instance. Added more helper options with regards to the Solcast integration and a "contact support" button. Fixed issue where sometimes the charge target was set to over 100%. No longer requests user location; we now determine sunrise and sunset data from the time zone of your Growatt system. Existing users: you will be asked to configure the time zone when you update. Assorted improvements and bug fixes.

Improved Agile Octopus integration - you can now select the cheapest half hour/hour blocks yourself. Option to turn off the notification. Improvements to settings screen based on feedback. We also just ask for you to enter your daily kWh usage, rather than the battery installation date, as many people indicated they may not recall the exact date.
