App doesn’t work

The app has a steep learning curve and is quite difficult to navigate at first. However, once you understand how it works, it performs well. That said, I encountered a major issue after setting up the HTML signature in my email client (SPARK). While the signature appears correctly when composing and sending emails, it displays at about 20% of its intended size on the recipient’s device, making it unreadable.I reached out to support three times but have yet to receive any response. Due to the lack of support and the unresolved display issue, I will be requesting a refund through the App Store.
