This app is not for current mortgage holders. You have to logon again to get to your actual mortgage account. And if you’re not careful you end up back at this app (when all you want to do was go back to your list of mortgage statements) and then you get to login again. I deleted it.

This company needs to use the money that they are siphoning out of their customers to make a better website and app. I should be able to log in to their website and see my balance on the main screen, but no it isn’t that simple. I don’t even remember the way to see my balance because I had to call their customer service and wait over 30 minutes just to get a tutorial on how to access my balance. I’m refinancing my the first chance I get with a new company and will be downvoting this company every chance I get. The app is already not working and I just downloaded it. Embarrassing company overall, hopefully the other customers see this and refinance as well.

I thought it was managing my mortgage with guild mortgage, like making payment and seeing my statements. Not signing up for a new loan. Either app description verbiage is confusing or I’m lack reading comprehension. Most likely a little of both. I rushed when looking for the app and skimmed. 4 stars for a pretty design and nice logo, only feature that is missing is swipe to go back. That is a standard iOS gesture.
