Enhanced Search and Sorting Options The search function has been optimized to help you find the services you need faster. You can now search by service name or phone number, and the search results are now more precise and relevant. Additionally, new sorting options have been added: A-Z: Sort services alphabetically in ascending order. Z-A: Sort services alphabetically in descending order. 0-9: Sort by phone number in ascending order. 9-0: Sort by phone number in descending order. These options allow you to customize how services are displayed according to your preferences. 2. Redesigned User Interface We’ve enhanced the interface to offer a more pleasant and intuitive navigation experience. Service details (name, number, description, address) are now clearer, making it easier to access the information you need quickly. The UI has been optimized for better responsiveness and reduced loading times. 3. Simplified Sharing Functionality Sharing service details is now easier than ever. You can directly share a service’s information (phone number, description, address) via text, email, or social media. This feature is particularly useful for quickly passing on emergency contact details to family or friends. 4. Expanded and Updated Database CanCodes has expanded its database to include more emergency services across Canada. Each service now includes a full description, the phone number to call, and, where available, the physical address. This update ensures a wider coverage of essential services, with information that is current and reliable. 5. Improved Performance and Stability This update brings several performance improvements, making the app faster and more responsive. Minor bugs have been fixed, and the overall stability of the app has been enhanced to provide a smoother experience. Loading times have been reduced, and the app now handles data more efficiently for quicker navigation. 6. Regional-Specific Improvements Each province now benefits from updates that make local services easier to access. For example, the Alberta section now provides numbers related to health services, emergencies, and other local services. Services are now better organized by category, making it easier to find what you need. 7. Accessibility and Customization We’ve improved the app’s accessibility to ensure a better experience for all users. Font sizes have been increased, and contrast has been improved for those with visual impairments. Additionally, the app now offers more customization options for sorting and filtering services, allowing you to adjust how information is displayed according to your preferences.
