I’m a big believer in healing your body naturally and this app makes it so much easier for me to take care of my gut health. The first thing every single gastrointestinal doctor told me was to start tracking my diet and stools - but I kept forgetting and just writing everything down takes so much time. With this app I can just quickly snap a pic of what I’m eating, edit anything if I need to, log my mood + stools and it AUTOMATICALLY pinpoints how it will effect my gut health moving forward and give me recommendations on how I can improve my diet. This app is amazing for the price, it costs me what my co-pay for seeing a doctor for an annual subscription and has overall made my awareness way better with my food choices. Always wish I had something like this and it finally exists - thank you universe 🙏

This app is super easy to use, you just take a pic of of your food and gives you feedback on your meals like symptoms it may cause. You can also track your mood and stool so overtime you’ll learn the effect that some foods have on your body. They also have all the studies and you are able to ready the articles for more information. Definitely recommend!

For example, despite stating that I have GERD, it still recommends tomato-based foods—something I absolutely can’t eat.This app seems geared toward people with little understanding of nutrition rather than those seeking tailored guidance for managing specific health conditions.To make matters worse, Biome locks its features behind paid plans, which feels like gatekeeping essential health information that should benefit everyone, not just those who can afford it. Unfortunately, this app isn’t for me, and I can’t recommend it.
