The KELCH Safecontrol 4.0 app: exploit the full potential of your Safecontrol 4.0 force gauge. With this app, you can display the measured values on your tablet or smartphone, create your own machine park and manage it. Create a QR code for each machine spindle and assign it to the machine in the database. By scanning the QR code, the corresponding machine is immediately selected and the measured values are stored accordingly. This gives you the greatest possible process reliability and eliminates the tedious task of manually writing on a piece of paper is completely eliminated.
The app informs you when the next calibration of the Safecontrol 4.0 is due, so you no longer have to maintain this separately.
The historical measured values can be conveniently displayed as a list or graph so that you can quickly identify trends or outliers.
The app also allows you to generate a non-manipulable measurement log in PDF format.
