I recently have been diving into attachment theory and uncovering the ways in which unhealthy attachments have been impacting my longterm relationship. I’m very grateful for this app as it has been helping me understand myself and my patterns, and has been encouraging me towards growth through self compassionate journaling, reflection, and habit tracking. I don’t know of any other app with the same focus as this one. It seems to me like the first of it’s kind. I also think it does a great job with de-stigmatizing mental health and helps people to feel that they’re not alone. My favorite part about the app I think are the personalized meditations that are created unique to you. Been using the Attached app for a bit now and honestly... it’s wild how seen I feel. I didn’t realize how much of my anxiety in relationships was tied to deeper things like attachment styles until this app broke it down in a way that made sense. It’s like having a therapist, journal, and coach all in one.The daily check-ins and insights hit way too hard sometimes (in a good way). V helpful if you’re the type to overthink or feel like you’re “too much” in relationships. This app is changing my life for the better! I have been using this app for a month and a half now and I couldn’t love it any more than I currently do! I love that it uses real science from prestigious institutions. It is seriously worth every penny! The journaling is my favorite part that helps me understand myself so much better. While there are still some hiccups here and there, the founders are always available to assist and are so encouraging! I am so appreciative of them and this app! I cannot imagine not using it everyday!
