KPDCL's official consumer app for managing electricity accounts, payments, usage tracking, and solar exports. Improved validations, enabled amnesty flag, Graphics are improved, usage comparison is now daily, weekly, and monthly with interactive rings.
I appreciate the efforts and imitative by the KPDCL for building their own app, however they have hired a wrong team or company to build the app. Most of the times App says Network issues, if by chance you are able to login then making payment itself is not user friendly at all. This causes undue suffering to the consumers, my power has been shut off twice since this new app was introduced, not because I don’t want to make the payment but because I’m unable to make the payment. I’m requesting KPDCL to address it ASAP by consulting experts who have built mobile apps at scale.
OTP Entry Bug – Needs Immediate Fix

I downloaded this app recently and faced a major issue right at the start. The OTP sent to my phone and email is a 6-digit number, but the app only allows me to enter 4 digits. This makes it impossible to proceed with registration.This seems like a basic but critical bug that should have been caught in testing. Until this is fixed, the app is practically unusable for new users. Please resolve this issue quickly — the concept of the app seems useful, but this kind of glitch affects the user experience badly.
