It’s been a highly customizable app and constantly improving. Security is taken very seriously which is important to us. Notetaking will pause when a call comes in but this is an Apple issue not Notewell’s (and there’s a workaround for this).

I’ve used this app for months now and it’s been a pleasure to use. Progress notes aren’t a headache anymore and its cheaper than any other tool I’ve tried. I’d like more features within the app itself, but I can’t complain.

This application was highly disappointing. After having it for a month, I determined not to keep it after losing all of my data for no apparent reason receiving feedback from customer service.1. The application stops recording if you receive a phone call2. The application is constantly glitching and sometimes taking days or hours to retrieve your data for processing.3. It is not at all dependable, so if you are a practitioner, I highly suggest not using this product.
