Splice is a daily word puzzle about the letters in between.
Every day there's a new six-letter source word. Its neighbouring letter pairs start your rows: SPLICE gives you SP, PL, LI, IC and CE. Finish each row with a real six-letter word (SPRING, PLANET, LISTEN, ICICLE, CEMENT) as fast as you can.
DAILY: a fresh puzzle every day, the same for everyone. Compare your time and see how many players found the same words.
DAILY IMPOSSIBLE: every row must be a word, and so must every column you type. Each puzzle is guaranteed solvable. Good luck.
INFINITE: your last word becomes the next source word. Keep splicing until you repeat a word or hit a dead end.
FRIENDS: sign in with Apple, pick a username, and add friends by name to see their daily times and best runs.
