Never miss a paid online order. When a customer pays online with ToyyibPay or CHIP, the app plays the kaching sound, even with the app open, and a bell shows how many orders are waiting. On the Dashboard, or after 10 seconds without a touch, the earliest order opens with Print (sends it to every printer, kitchen and counter) and Close. Close All clears them all at once. It never interrupts the POS while you are serving a customer.
3.15.1 Oct 9
Cash sales at the till are quicker. Choose Cash at checkout, type what the customer handed over or tap a quick amount, and the app shows the change to give back. Quick amounts sit in one row: the exact bill, then the next notes up (RM37 gives RM37, RM40, RM50, RM100). An amount below the total cannot be paid. Cash sales are marked Paid straight away, and the order details show the cash received and the change.
3.14.0 Oct 5
Fixes a checkout error at the till. If the app was left open for a couple of hours, the cart could still show items the server had already cleared, and pressing Pay failed with "your order has expired". The cart now reloads when you open it, after you save the customer, and whenever a payment is refused, so what you see is always what will be charged.
3.13.2 Sep 11
New: Z-Report. Close the till at the end of the day. See what you took by cash, QR and every other method, the day's sales summary, and the cash your drawer should hold. Print it to a counter thermal printer, 58mm or 80mm, and write the counted cash on the slip. Pick any past day. Owners see it, and so do counter staff, without opening up your turnover or margin.
3.13.1 Sep 10
Fixes the new Products per row setting, which could not be opened in 3.12.0. It is now where it was meant to be, in Settings under Device Settings, next to Printer Settings. Choose Auto, 4, 6 or 8 products a row on a tablet.
3.12.1 Sep 10
Choosing a store
If your account manages more than one store, choosing one is clearer. The "select a store" prompt on the till now sits in the middle of the screen rather than below a row of controls that could not be used yet. View Store in Settings opens the store picker instead of doing nothing at all. The Sales Report asks about your takings rather than a store's
bookings, and its filter waits until a store is chosen.
Your dashboard
The picture on the welcome card is back. It was being loaded from a host that had stopped answering, which left an error message where the picture belongs. Your figures also stay put when you leave the Home tab and come back, instead of reloading every time, so the loading placeholders are gone.
Orders and Follow-ups
Fixed the Orders screen getting stuck. When the list came back empty, because no store was chosen, a filter matched nothing, or a request failed, the app kept asking the server for more and the loading row flashed on and off. That is what made it say there were too many requests, and why choosing a store afterwards could still say the orders could not be loaded. Both screens now load and settle straight away.
The waiting-order badge follows the store you are actually working in, rather than staying on whatever it read first.
Fewer wasted requests
An account with several stores no longer makes calls on launch that could only fail, and if the app ever is asked to slow down it now tells you so and how long to wait, instead of showing an error code.
3.11.5 Sep 8
The Sales Report is now in the app, under More. Choose any period and see what you took, what is still unpaid, your average order value and your profit after cost. There is a trend chart, rings for payment and order status, and a day by day list you can tap for the full figures. Filter by store, status, coupon or courier, and export the lot as a CSV or a PDF to send on.
News & Updates is now in the app, in the side menu and under Settings. Every announcement from wasep.me, newest first, with the ones you have not read yet marked. Open one and it reads the way it does on the web, with the same layout, images and links. Search past updates, and clear the lot with Mark all read.
Tap a picture in News & Updates and it now opens full screen, the whole image, with pinch to zoom. Before it opened a magnified corner of the picture, and Back closed the announcement instead of the picture. The unread count now also sits on Settings in the bottom bar, so you can see it from anywhere
3.11.1 Sep 6
The Schedule Calendar is now in the app, under More. Pick any day to see what is booked on it, tap a ticket or time slot to see everyone who booked it, and search that list by name, order number, phone or email. Each guest carries their order status, so you can tell who has paid from who has only booked. The calendar shows the same store the till and Orders are already in.
3.9.0 Sep 5
Orders waiting are now counted on the menu button and on the Orders tab, so an order that arrives while you are working says so without you going looking for it. Signing in as another account now clears the one before it: the app was keeping the previous name, dashboard and shop, which left a seller looking at an admin screen of empty figures. Opening the app shows one splash screen instead of two of different sizes.
3.8.0 Sep 4
The courier's logo on an order's shipment card is legible in dark mode. DelyvaNow's wordmark is drawn in near-black and EasyParcel's in pink, both for a white page, so on the dark card one all but vanished and the other sat on the navy with nothing to separate it. Each now gets a white plate.
3.7.1 Sep 3
View Store now opens the shop you are working in, and names it before it does, so a merchant with branches and anyone managing several stores gets the right storefront rather than the one their login belongs to.
Web dashboard opens the full back office in your browser. Light and dark are back at the foot of the menu, alongside Help & Support.
Opening the app goes straight to your dashboard instead of flashing the login screen, and light mode reads properly again.
3.7.0 Sep 3
Order items can now be changed from the app. Add a product, adjust a quantity or remove a line on an order already placed, and add a one-off charge at the counter. Custom items now show under Details, so a total adds up from what is on screen. A merchant with branches gets a store picker, and the store you pick now applies across Orders, Follow-ups and the till. Dark mode is saved to your account, so it survives a reinstall.
3.6.0 Sep 3
Staff now see a dashboard meant for them: orders, products and store visits, without the takings. Recent Transactions is a timeline, so an order that was placed, confirmed and then cancelled reads as three steps rather than one line. The left menu is back, reachable from the burger beside the Dashboard heading, and now holds Print Airway Bills. On iPhone the app icon no longer keeps a badge for a notification you have already dealt with.
3.5.0 Sep 2
Fixes the plus button doing nothing on a custom item, so its quantity can be changed at the till like any other line. The customer form at checkout now has the same number lookup as the till; both forms save under the same word, and Reset appears only when there is a customer to clear. The checkout summary no longer shows an email address for a store that does not ask for one.
3.3.0 Sep 1
Improved UI/UX and fix issues in the POS module
2.1.1 Aug 29
A rebuilt POS checkout. Payment now opens in a single sheet with the customer, order summary, coupon, payment methods and CHIP type together, so the cart shows your items instead of controls.
Fixes: payment methods now load for accounts managing several stores; checkout opens the order and its QR code; failed checkouts explain themselves; the cart clears after every sale. POS controls wait until a store is picked, and store search opens ready to type.
