A big update: capture what happens at your door, keep a history of every call, and find everything faster on a new dashboard. PHOTOS, VIDEOS AND GALLERY - Take a photo or record a short video clip (up to 10 seconds, picture only) during a call or in Monitoring. - Every terminal has its own Gallery. Your photos and videos stay on your phone. MY ACTIVITY - A numbered history of your terminal's calls: answered, declined and missed. - Open a call to see the photos and videos you took during it. - Mark calls as favourites and filter the list. Owners and admins can delete entries. NEW DASHBOARD - Your terminals as a list, with an online status dot and your favourites first. - Two shortcuts per terminal, of your choice: Open door, AUX 1, AUX 2, Gallery or My activity. Pick them in Device Settings, under Customization. - Door commands ask for your PIN or Face ID / Touch ID first, or for a confirmation if you use no lock. - Mute App: ignore incoming calls until you turn the sound back on. SECURITY - Optional app lock: no lock, a PIN, or Face ID / Touch ID. Choose it in Security Access. INVITATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS - Invite anyone by email, even before they have an Electra account. They accept from the link in the email. - A new Notifications screen lists invitations, role changes, removals and calls. A red dot on the bell shows what's new. CALLS - AUX 1 and AUX 2 buttons during a call. - The microphone is on as soon as you answer. - A call from another terminal no longer interrupts the call in progress: you get a missed-call notification instead. ADDING A TERMINAL - Before setup, the app checks whether the terminal is already yours or registered to another account, and adds it only once it is online. - Enter the code by hand if the QR code cannot be scanned. - New terminals are named "Terminal" followed by their serial number until you rename them. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE - Live View is now called Monitoring. - System, Light or Dark theme, from the side menu. - Simpler sign-up: no name needed, and a 4-digit email code. - Terms and Conditions are shown at first launch. - Stability and performance fixes.

Talk from the first second - Your microphone now turns on as soon as you answer a call. No extra tap before the visitor can hear you. You can still mute it with the microphone button at any time. - Video and loudspeaker are on as soon as the call opens, so you see and hear the door right away. Smarter device setup - When you add a door panel, Electra first checks whether it is already on your account or belongs to someone else. It tells you before you enter your Wi-Fi details. - The panel is added to your account only after it has joined your Wi-Fi. A setup that fails midway no longer leaves a panel on your account that never came online. Just try again. - Clearer messages when a panel is already yours, belongs to another account, or cannot be checked right now. Plus stability and performance improvements.

This is the biggest update Electra has had: the whole call path has been rebuilt. CALLS ON A NEW REAL-TIME ENGINE - Calls now run on standard WebRTC audio and video tracks instead of the old proprietary stream. The result is sharper video, smoother motion, clearly better audio and noticeably lower latency. - Hardware video decoding means lower battery use and less heat during long calls. - Talk-back has been reworked: two-way audio is now negotiated as a real audio track, so the person at the door hears you clearly. - Audio routing was rewritten - switching between speaker and earpiece now takes effect instantly and reliably, mid-call. - Faster, more robust call setup: the connection is negotiated as soon as the notification is answered, candidates are exchanged while the stream is coming up, and a lost signaling link now recovers instead of freezing the call. - Answer or decline directly from the incoming-call notification. - Older panels are still fully supported - the app automatically falls back to the previous stream format when the firmware needs it. LIVE VIEW - Brand new: start a live stream from your door camera whenever you want, without waiting for a call. - Open the door and use AUX 1 / AUX 2 straight from the live screen. - Switch between the panel's cameras. - Take a snapshot of the live image and save it to your gallery. - The session ends cleanly when you leave the screen, so you can restart it immediately, and clear messages tell you when the device is offline or does not answer. MULTI-DEVICE AND SHARED ACCESS - Manage several intercoms from one account and switch between them from the dashboard. - Invite other people to a device by email, with admin or user roles. - All the phones linked to a device ring together; the first to answer takes the call. - Per-device settings: rename, mute the terminal, manage users, or leave / remove the device. BLUETOOTH SETUP - New guided Bluetooth setup: the app discovers your panel nearby and sends it your Wi-Fi credentials, showing exactly which step it is on while the panel joins the network. - Clear, specific errors - wrong password, network out of range, no IP address from the router - instead of a generic failure. - Change the panel's Wi-Fi network any time from Device Settings, without adding the device again. - Connection reliability on first pairing has been substantially improved. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE - Permissions are now explained up front, one screen, each with the reason it is needed - and all of them skippable. - Call quality feedback after a call. - Fixes for Live View not starting until you left and re-entered the screen, for the call screen reappearing after Decline, and for frozen streams not being detected. - Various stability, performance and translation fixes.
