What a complete RIP OFF! I paid for the subscription, then went to create a video, only to have a screen pop up and say I have to purchase “credits” to create the video. What the heck is the subscription payment for if you have to then pay more money to buy credits??? I guess it doesn’t matter anyway because everything I tried would give an error message and I contacted support about all of this and nobody responds!!!! This app is trash and I’m cancelling this immediately. What a waste.

Can't delete videos once created.

That's crazy how the history remains there and cannot be deleted or edited even though you were able to get a better video of the same two images later. It's just crazy. I thought of contacting App support to see if I was missing something but its been over a week and no response yet, so I guess there is no way you can delete or edit the videos once created.

While some of the effects are pretty cool, it seems like there aren’t many to choose from, also what’s with the credits?? If I pay a membership I shouldn’t also have to worry about credits. I also attempted to make two pictures, one as the hugging one, with my grandma and my daughter… for some reason it made my 10 year old daughter look 50. I wish I could get a refund.
