GPS location sharing required

It's pretty suspicious that this app requires sharing your location data with it in order to use it at all. This isn't a requirement as there are multiple other apps with similar functionality that do not require sharing location.

GPS is used to make the point cloud location-aware, meaning each point contains real latitude and longitude data. We could update the app so that when the user doesn’t want this, the points use local (non-GPS) coordinates instead.

Doesn’t export well

Great app. But when you export the ply it and try to convert it to obj or similar it says that the file shows no geometry

Hi RoKiKin, OBJ files contain full 3D mesh data, while this app outputs a point cloud—just individual 3D points, no surfaces.

Uses geodata but doesn’t even use that correctly. It will just start sending the camera running off in different directions and screw up the map. What they do have is neat though. Would love to see the bugs fixed and update my review.
