Built with open-source technology, it supports Shadowsocks and Xray/VLESS protocols. First of all you have to setup yourself a server. For Shadowsocks we suggest Outline manager. For Xray - Marzban. Once you have your server up and running, configure a key for yourself and copy it to the PepperVPN app The app doesn’t track traffic or store user data.
