* Products you can actually find. Archived products now show up under their own filter with their real name and photo, and can be restored in one tap. * Fewer dead ends. Scanning a product from another school in your district now offers to transfer it, and tells you exactly who has it first. * Teachers can do more. Add and correct students on your own roster, and retire a broken product without tracking down an administrator. * Plenty of fixes: the keyboard closes when you tap away, scrolling works from anywhere on the page, and error messages now explain what went wrong instead of saying "try again".

- Lock codes: set and track the combination programmed on your storage boxes, with a history of changes. - New People tab: manage staff right from the app — invite teachers and admins by email or a join code, and edit their roles. - IEP/504: tag students who need accommodations; the tag follows them across the app. - Forgot phone/device reports: log a forgot; it stays active until midnight, resets nightly, and won't double-count. - Powerful new filters for students and products — filter by assignment, condition, product type, grade, or IEP/504, and sort your lists. - Clearer product names and photos, plus a downloadable product list. - Faster assigning: search by serial with a one-tap scan, and transfer a product to your school when you scan one from another school. - In-app Support & FAQ. - Reliability and reporting fixes.

This update makes the day-to-day faster and clearer for administrators and teachers: • A dashboard that makes sense at a glance: see how much of your inventory is in use as a clean percentage (no more numbers that go over 100%), with devices and storage counted separately. Tap any number for the full breakdown, and lost/damaged counts now match your product list everywhere. • Reports whenever you want them: email yourself a violations report on demand instead of waiting for the scheduled send, and the violations chart has quick 7 / 30 / 90-day and yearly views that always show your data. • Faster, clearer incident reporting: reporting a lost or damaged product jumps straight to the details, the damage form matches the product (phone-bag parts to flag vs. a quick note for storage units), and "forgot phone" and "forgot product" are now tracked separately. • Clearer products: your product list shows what's in use vs. what you have, with better filtering (including lost items) and real product photos. Assigning a storage unit lets you pick the exact slot; single-device bags skip that step automatically. • Smoother roster management: archived students restore easily with their full history preserved, and staff activity now counts administrators, not just teachers.
